By using Alt Art Tracker ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Alt Art Tracker provides SMS alerts, push notifications, and a web/mobile dashboard for tracking trading card releases, pre-order availability, and market trends across various brands including Pokemon, Topps, Panini, Bandai, and Magic: The Gathering.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Alt Art Tracker. You acknowledge:

• Message frequency varies based on your preferences and market activity
• Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
• Replying HELP returns help information
• Consent to SMS is not a condition of any purchase
• We use Twilio as our SMS service provider

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Service data without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Resell or commercialize Service data without explicit permission

5. Pricing Data

Card prices and trending data are aggregated from third-party sources including PriceCharting, eBay, and others. Prices are estimates and may not reflect current availability or actual sale prices. Alt Art Tracker is not responsible for pricing accuracy or financial decisions made based on Service data.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

Alt Art Tracker participates in affiliate programs including the eBay Partner Network and TCGplayer Affiliate Program. When you click affiliate links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no cost to you.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are at our discretion. Pricing may change with notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by Alt Art Tracker. Trademarks and brand names referenced (Pokemon, Topps, Panini, etc.) are property of their respective owners. We claim no affiliation with these brands.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of pricing or trend data, or that alerts will be delivered timely. Alt Art Tracker is for informational purposes and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alt Art Tracker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $50, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@altarttracker.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
